2021 Zone Pennant Finals – Grade 4

Last weekend the Grade 4 Pennant Finals were played at Tumbarumba Bowling Club.

This was played as sectional play in 2 sections of 3 teams. The winners of each section would then meet in a Final on Sunday afternoon. The section winners were the teams with the highest number of points. Margins would then be used to determine the winners if teams finished on equal number of points.

In Section 1 we had Leeton & District, Harden and Club Tumut and in Section 2 Rules Club, Commercial Club and Temora B&R.

Section 1 Round 1 – Harden def Leeton 67-42 (10-0), Section 2 Round 1 Commercial Club deft Rules Club 73-53 (10-0)

Section 1 Round 2 Club Tumut def Leeton 65-57 (9.5-0.5) and with this result Leeton was eliminated from the competition. Section 2 Round 2 Temora B&R def Rules Club 69-46 (9-1) and with this result Rules Club were eliminated.

Section 1 Round 3 Harden def Club Tumut 58-49 (9-1) and in Section 2 Temora def Commercial 69-46 (9.5-0.5).

At the end of the 3 rounds of sectional play the final standings for both sections were:

Section 1

Section 2
